Diocletian, (A.D. 284-305), AE follis, Serdica mint, issued A.D.305-6 (11.2g), obv. laureate half bust right, around D N DIOCLETIANO BEATISSIMO SEN AVG, rev. around PROVIDENTIA DEORVM QVIES AVGG, Providentia standing to right of Quies, .SM.SD. in exergue, S F in field E between, (cf.S.3543, RIC 14a). Good very fine and scarce.
