Marcus Aurelius, (A.D. 161-180), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 179, (3.54 g), obv. laureate head of Marcus Aurelius to right, around M AVREL ANTONINVS AVG, rev. around TR P XXXIII IMP VIIII COS III P P, Mars standing to right, resting on spear and shield, (S.4950, BMC 781, RIC 396, RSC 963). Bright, good very fine and scarce.
