Vespasian, (A.D. 69-79), AE sestertius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 76, (25.38 g), obv. laureate head of Vespasian to right, around IMP CAES VESPASIAN AVG P M TR PPP COS VII, rev. Spes advancing to left, holding flower, S C across, (S.2336, RIC 576b, C.456). Dark green and black patina, very fine and rare.
