Cappadocia, Kings of, Ariobarzanes I Philopator, (c.95-63 B.C.), silver drachm (4.51 g), dated RY 30 (66-65 BC) (date in exergue, also confrmed by specific monogram to that year, obv. diademed head right, rev. Athena Nikephoros standing left, around on three sides **BASILEWS ARIOBARZANOU FILORWMAIOU*, MT monogram in inner left, **L* (date) in exergue, (S.7302, Simonetta, Coins p.42, 43, HGC 7, 846). Partially toned, nearly extremely fine and rare.
