China, Kweichow Province, under Republic, silver dollar, "Bamboo dollar" year 38, 1949, (26.63 g), obverse with square window on top floor of pavilion, (KM.Y.433, L&M 613). Weak in places, otherwise good very fine and rare.
The last issue produced prior to the Communist victory in October of 1949.
