Silver cigarette case, hallmarked for Birmingham 1931 by maker 'JR' (John Rose, Hockley St, Birmingham), hand engraved case with small, plain plaque on left corner of lid inscribed, 'HSS', inside is scratched '9857DD' (wt 73.09g); gents pocket watch size works and dial in brass case fitted into horseshoe shaped metal frame decorated at edge with leaves, pull-back arm for stand-up display at bedside; small half hunter pocket watch in silver with Swiss Grouse mark (used 1880-1933) confirming .800 silver, machine turned case with shield and garter design, white dial with black Roman numerals and gold hands, inside back lid marked '0262' and 'K&L' (Kordes & Lichtenfels). The first with some handling marks, both watches not working and unbranded, otherwise very good - fine. (3)
