Australia Senior Cadets Commonwealth Military Competitions, District Competitions 1911-12 Champion Team. Cadet S.H.Webster, 49th Battn. Engraved. With brooch bar, nicely toned, extremely fine.
49th Bn was in 13th Brigade, 3rd (Vic) Military District. The 3rd Military District winners were J Coy 64th Bn 16th Brigade but since they also won the Commonwealth Series (gold medal) the District Champion Team silver medal was awarded to the runner up K Coy 49th Bn.
