Elagabalus, (A.D. 218-222), silver antoninianus, Rome mint, issued A.D. 219-220, (6.32 g), obv. radiate bust of Elagabalus draped and cuirassed to right, around IMP ANTONINVS AVG, rev. around TEMPORVM FELICITAS, Felicitas standing partly to left, holding caduceus and cornucopiae, (S.7499, RIC 149, RSC 281) (illustrated); silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 220-1, (2.77 g), obv. laureate bust of Elagabalus to right, around IMP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, rev. around VICTORIA AVG, Victory hovering between two shields, star in right field, (S.7554, RIC 161, RSC 300a). Toned, very fine - nearly extremely fine. (2)
