Nerva, (A.D. 96-98), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 96, (3.07 g), obv. laureate head of Nerva to right, around IMP NERVA CAES AVG P M TR P COS III P P, rev. around AEQVITAS AVGVST, Aequitas standing left, holding scales and cornucopiae, (cf.S.3019, RIC 13, RSC 6); another, issued A.D. 97, (3.04 g), obv. laureate head of Nerva to right, around IMP NERVA CAES AVG P M TR P II COS III P P, rev. around LIBERTAS PVBLICA, Libertas standing left, holding pileus and sceptre, (cf.S.3034, RIC 31, RSC 117). Toned, nearly very fine - very fine, scarce. (2)
