Attica, Athens, (c.449-430 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (17.22 g), obv. Athena helmeted head to right, rev. owl standing to right, head facing, olive sprig and crescent behind, to right **AQE (S.2526, BMC 62, Kraay [CofAA] Pl.III, 2, SNG Cop. 32). Lightly toned, traces of die rust on obverse, good extremely fine and attractive.
