Thessaly, Larissa, (c.400-370 B.C.), silver drachm, (5.94 g), obv, head of nymph Larissa facing slightly left, within dotted border, rev. horse standing right, preparing to lie down, **L* I below, **LARISAI* in exergue, (cf.S.2120, BCD Thessaly I -; BCD Thessaly II 205; HGC 4, 434). Some surface pitting, struck from rusted reverse dies, otherwise good very fine or better with an attractive portrait.
