Syria, Kingdom of, Antiochus VII, (138-129 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (13.79 g), Tyre mint, dated SE 182, issued 131-0 B.C., obv. diademed head of Antiochus VII to right, rev. eagle standing to left with closed wings on prow of galley, palm branch behind, Tyre monogram above club to left, year to right **BPR*, other letters in field, around **BASILEWS ANTIOCOU*, (cf.S.7094, SC.2109.10c, HGC 1074, DCA 198). Light porosity, otherwise attractively toned, nearly extremely fine and scarce.
