Dominica, issue of 1813, four bitts, a circular segment (ring) from the pierced dollar (15 crenations) of 1798 countermarked on the left side with back tilted 4 crowned, bevelled edge grained left (4.80g) (Pr.28; KM.5). Edge cut, otherwise good very fine and rare for countermark, original coin smooth.
