Ancient British, North Thames Region, Tasciovanos, Inscribed coins, Tasciovanos Rings type, (c.25 B.C.-10 A.D.), gold quarter stater, (1.35 g), obv. crossed wreath motif with two solid crescents in centre, pellets in angles, rev. horse to left with linear mane, bucranium above, T in front, AS below, (ABC 2592, Van A -, NT 7, S -, BMC 1645, M -). Good flan, attractive rose gold, full bodied horse, full legend, nearly extremely fine and excessively rare.
