Ancient British, Western Region, Inscribed coins, Dobunni, Eisu Tree type, (c.20-43 A.D.), gold stater, (5.45 g), obv. tree-symbol on plain field, rev. horse to right, EISV, two pellets and small x above forming hidden face, six spoked wheel below, (S.381, ABC 2078, Van A 1105, WE 8, BMC 3039-42, M 388). Smooth surfaces of rose gold, nice horse, full EISV and wheel, nearly extremely fine - extremely fine and rare.
