Ancient British, East Anglia Region, Uninscribed coins, Iceni, Freckenham Crescents type, (c.20 B.C.-20 A.D.), gold stater, (5.24 g), obv. solid back-to-back crescents on horizontal line, pellet triad between, row of pellets to left, five pointed star above and below, rev. round-chested horse to right, phallic motif above, pellet above and below tail, large floral sun below, (S.426, ABC 1450, Van A 620-4, EA 6-7, BMC 3385, M 397). Sharply struck in rose gold, well struck crescents, good very fine and rare.
