Furius Purpurio, (c.169-158 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.69 g), obv. helmeted head of Roma to right, X behind, rev. Diana or Luna in biga to right, murex above, PVR below, ROMA in exergue, (S.75, Cr.187/1, Syd.424). Toned, very fine and scarce.
