New Zealand, vellum Conveyance, 1879, by William Royce, Merchant of Dunedin to William Watson, Wharf Carter of Dunedin a parcel of land at Queens Avenue, Dunedin, dated 18 June 1879, signed by William Royce, with affixed duty stamps and scarce Land Tax stamps for 4 and 10 shillings, includes drawings of land parcel, stamped by Registrar of Deeds. Some colour fading on outside, otherwise fine.
