Medal entitlement confirmed. There is no entitlement to the 1939-45 Star because Thomas Hewett, who served on temporary duty in the Pacific Theatre from 15 -21 June 1945, was not serving in the Pacific Theatre on 2 September 1945, with service on this day being a requirement.
