Cheshire Regt on first medal, 17526 Gnr: G.Hollingworth. R.F.A. on second medal, 1435 Pte A.Hollingworth 13/Bn. A.I.F. on last three medals. All medals impressed, the second medal renamed. Many contact marks on first two medals, fine - very fine.

Together with South African Soldier's Association lapel badge.

Alfred Hollingworth, painter, age 34, born at Altrincham, Lancashire, England; Enl.04Jan1915 at Liverpool, NSW; previous service in Field Artillery in England and South Africa; Emb.11Feb1915 and proceeded to service on Gallipoli; thereafter numerous periods in hospital; WIA 28Aug1916 slightly but stayed on duty, France; RTA 24Mar1919; Disch.02Jun1919.
