Trio for Kite Balloon service: British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal 1914-19; Belgium Croix de Guerre WWI. 23843. Sgt. G. Chattington. R.A.F. on first two medals, last medal unnamed as issued. Both named medals impressed. Display court mounted, nearly extremely fine and a rare award for Kite Balloon service.

Together with RFC anodised bronze hat badge; Croix de Guerre award certificate dated 23 June 1919 to No.23843 George Chattington - No.19 Kite Balloon Sect - RFC, this torn but restored by gluing to backing board.
