Union Bank of Australia, uniface black and white printer's proof, one pound, Portland 18- (c1854), imprint Perkins Bacon & Co London Patent Hardened Steel Plate, 'March 25th 1854' pencilled at bottom, stamped Specimen in signature reserve (MVR 2a). Corners cut, stuck to card, good extremely fine and very rare.
