Gabriel Bethlen of Transylvania (1613-1629), 1622 silver taler, Nagybanya mint, obv. harnessed bust of Gabriel Bethlen with sceptre to right, around GABRIEL D G EL HVN DAL CRO SCL REX, rev. arms under crown, N B either side, around PRIN TRANSYL ET SICVLOR COMES 1622, (D.4715, cf.Resch 181 [p.98]). Possibe trace of mount on edge, otherwise very fine and rare.
