Gabriel Bethlen of Transylvania (1613-1629), 1621 silver taler, Kremnitz mint, obv. armoured bust of Gabriel Bethlen with sceptre to right, around GABRIEL D G EL HVNGARIAE DAL CR SCL REX, rev. arms under crown, K B either side, around TRANS PRINCEPS ET SICVLOR COM 1621, (D.4710, cf.Resch 81 [p.91]). Heavily tooled in obverse and reverse fields, otherwise very fine and rare.
