Marcus Aurelius, (A.D. 161-180), gold aureus, Rome mint, issued A.D. 166, (7.18 gm), obv. laureate bust of Marcus Aurelius to right, draped and cuirassed, around M ANTONINVS ARM PARTH MAX, rev. around TR P XX IMP IIII COS III, Victory standing right, holding palm in right hand and shield inscribed VIC PAR, (S.4869, BMC 405, RIC 160, C.877). Good very fine and rare.
