Thessaly, Larissa (under Macedonian domination), (350-325 B.C.), silver drachm, (6.07 gm), obv. bull rushing to right, **LARISAIWWN* above, dotted border, rev. Thessalian horseman wearing chlamys and kausia on horse galloping to right, (S.2125, BMC 54, SNG Cop.118, Herrmann Pl.IV, 17-18, BCD Nomos 4, 1136). Off centred on reverse, otherwise very fine or better and rare.

A rare type coming from only two sets of dies.
