Edward VIII, 1937 dated crown for Great Britain, 'Patina' retrospective pattern series, three proofs struck in copper piedfort, gold coated copper piedfort (akin to Barton's metal) and nickel silver, all with plain edge, obverse, portrait of King right by Percy Metcalfe, reverse, MODEL; a similar group of undated issues with portrait by Donald R. Golder. FDC, first three with only 7 pieces made of each type, the last three with 12 pieces struck for each type. (6)
