Edward VIII, 1937 dated crown for Great Britain, 'Patina' retrospective pattern series, proof struck in .925 sterling silver, obverse, portrait of King left by Donald R Golder, reverse, Pistrucci's St George and Dragon, exergue has date 1937 and small MODEL to left of horse, struck with milled edge, another with plain edge, each variety one of only 25 pieces made; together with three proofs, struck in piedfort copper (plain edge only 9 made) and a gold coated piedfort copper - akin to Barton's metal - (milled edge, only 9 made) and golden alloy (plain edge, only 6 made), obverse and reverse as above. FDC, second coin lightly toned. (5)
