Edward VIII, 1937 dated crown for Great Britain, 'Patina' retrospective pattern series, proof struck in .925 sterling silver, obverse, portrait of King left by Donald R Golder, reverse, MODEL across flan, struck with milled edge together with proof versions struck in nickel silver with plain edge, and a piedfort copper with plain edge and another gold coloured copper piedfort (like Barton's metal) with plain edge. FDC, each example one of only 7 pieces made. (4)
