Macedon, Kingdom of, Philip II, (359-336 B.C.), AE 21, uncertain Macedonian mint, (8.09 grams), probably issued posthumously c.336-315 B.C., obv. Apollo head to right with tainia, dotted border, rev. naked youth on horse, above **FILOPPOU*, below horse fulmen, E to right, (cf.S.6696, SNG ANS 839). Good very fine, well centred, scarce as such.
