Knight (1975-77), five dollars, three numbers, 143 990910 partial ink fadeout on front during intaglio printing phase (Robb R.334; L.660; P.165c); S.T. Russell (1985-89), twenty dollar error notes, three letters, TEH 052498/9 consecutive pair, with fade out of the third digit '4' of the serial numbers on both notes (Robb R.453; P.173b); D.L.
