Colony of Queensland, Conveyance, on vellum, between Ellis Read and the Australian Joint Stock Bank, of land on the County of Herbert, Town of Bowen, dated 8th October 1867; Colony of New South Wales, Release, on vellum, between John Piper Mackenzie and The Australian Joint Stock Bank in the matter of the insolvent estate of William Ray, dated 4th October 1869. Second document stained along one foldline, otherwise very fine. (2)
