Miner's Right, Colony of Victoria, Smythesdale, 2 March 1874, Series D No.40430 in name of Joseph Findlay Clapperton, together with list of Lienors to Block of Claim No 281 and No 447, also Lien Ticket assigning shareholdings in a gold mining company at Haddon to Joseph Findlay Clapperton as manager of the Union Bank of Australia, Smythesdale, dated 23 March 1874, all secured at top left corner with a contemporary cross shaped pin binder marked 'W.C.S. & Co / Paper Binder'. The last document with fold splits and edge damage, otherwise overall fine - very fine. (3)
