Colony of Victoria, Land Grant by Purchase, to Robert Gregory of Hepburn, six acres in the County of Talbot, Parish of Wombat, signed, sealed and dated by Governor Sir Charles Hotham, 19th January 1855; Certificate of Title, to William Bryant of Sale, an allotment in the township of Cunninghame, 6th October 1874. Both on vellum, first with cracked seal, second with pieces missing on folded corners, fine. (2)
