Russia, Imperial, Red Cross Marinski Barracks Hospital Badge, in silver and enamel, reverse engraved 1905 and recipient's name. Very fine and scarce.
Some versions of this badge feature a representation of the Grand Duchess Maria Pavlovna's monogram with an Imperial crown mounted above the red cross. There are no apparent removal marks on this piece so it appears the badge was issued as is.
