Italy, Novara, printed and hand written documents, first is a notice under title of Cisalpine Republic, Novara, Year IX (1801) by G Borri, Extraordinary Commissar of Government in the Province of Agogna (Novara, Italy) announcing that a Concourse (election) is to be held to select a Parish Priest; the second is an order to pay under the title of Kingdom of Italy, City of Novara, being settlement for supply of goods for the substinence of the French Army in transit, dated 23 April, 1814. The first with foxing otherwise very fine.
