A.I.F. on the second and third medals; Pair: British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal 1914-19. 5306 Pte. H.W. Stobaus 22 Bn A.I.F. on both medals. All medals impressed. Very fine.

Together with Memorial Plaque for Harold Walter Stobaus, MID Certificate signed by Winston Churchill for E.A. Stobans and a letter dated 1920 from Base Records, Melbourne addressed to E.A. Stobans explaining the MID emblem. Note differing spelling of family name on BWM and MID for the first brother.
