Con. E.L.Wynn S. & T. Corps on first medal, Cpl E.Wynn S.A. Vetry C. on second medal, 5237 ER-Sgt. E.Wynn 4 Bn. A.I.F. on third and fourth medals and T255384 E.L.Wynn on fifth and sixth medals. First medal engraved and renamed, the rest are impressed. Swing mounted. Very fine.

Attestation document to join A.I.F. states "Served in 2nd Lancashire Regt in South African Expeditionary Forces"; Enl.04Jan1916 4 Battalion - 16 Reinforcements; Emb.01Apr1916; Served in France; R.T.A.15Sep1919; Disch.08Jan1920; WW2, Enl.31Oct1939 at West Hobart; Disch.07Nov1943; rank, Lieutenant, 30 Aust Garrison Bn. Together with five temperance medals, namely, Army Temperance Association India (6-month medal); another (1-year medal) (palm tree on obverse); another (3-year medal) (diamond shaped); another (5-year medal); another (Queen Victoria Memorial Medal 1901) and another cross-shaped medal with the initials CEMS on arms of cross (Church of England Missionary Society).
