Description
Colony of Victoria. Conveyance between the Land Mortgage Bank of Victoria Limited and John Schubert of Moranding near Kilmore of land in the County of Dalhousie, signed and sealed 24th July 1876, handwritten on vellum and with five Victoria Stamp Statute stamps attached including fourpence, sixpence, one shilling, two shillings and ten shillings. Stamps fiscally cancelled, very fine.
