Attica, Athens, (393-300 B.C., but c. 350-300 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (16.00 grams), obv. head of Athena to right wearing ivy crested helmet, eye in profile, rev. owl standing to right, head facing, in erect posture, olive twig and crescent behind, to right, **AQE, all in incuse square, (S.2537, BMC 144, Kraay (Coins of Ancient Athens) Pl. IV, 5, SNG Cop. 65). Nice light tone, minor reverse scratch, nearly extremely fine.
