Germany, Saxony, Ernst, Wilhelm, Albrecht and Margaretha, silver half groshen, (1464-1482), partial dates [14]71 and [14]78, (cf.Saurma 2353-4, [Pl.LXXVIII], Frey 189 [1478 dated issue noted]); another August I, (1553-1586), silver eighth thaler, 1570, obv. August bust right, rev. arms, (Saurma 2404 [Pl.LXXX]); Toned, first with chip in edge, otherwise very good - very fine and rare. (3)
