EGYPT, Kingdom of, Ptolemy VI, (180-145 B.C.), AE 30, (21.50 grams), Alexandria mint, obv. diademed head of Zeus Ammon to right, rev. two eagles to left with closed wings, standing on thunderbolt, looking forward, cornucopiae before, around BASILEWS PTOLEMAIOU, (S.7900, Sv.1424, SNG Cop. 308, BMC 24). Very fine.
