SICULO-PUNIC, Lilybaion mint?, (c.350-325 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (17.21 grams), obv. female head (Arethusa) wreathed with corn to left, four dolphins around, rev. horse's head to left, palm tree behind, Punic letters below 'MMHNT' (People of the camp), (cf.S.6435, Jenkins 153, cf.ACNAC Dewing 981, McLean [Grose Fitz.] 3044, Pl.111 No.1). Of finest style, good very fine and a rare.
