Macrinus, (A.D. 217-218), AE as, Rome mint, issued A.D. 217-218, (9.358, grams), obv. laureate cuirassed bust of Macrinus to right, around IMP CAES M OPEL SEV [MACRIN]VS AVG, rev. around FI[DES M]ILITVM, SC across field, Fides standing to left holding standard in each hand, (S.-, RIC 184, C.29). Slightly of centred, otherwise fine, rare.
