C. Annius T.f. T.n. with C. Tarquitius P.f., (c.82-81 B.C.), silver denarius, North Italy and Spain mint, (3.746 grams), obv. Anna Perenna diademed head to right, scales below chin, C. ANNIVS.T.F. T.N. PRO. COS. EX SC around, rev. Victory in galloping biga to right, XVIII above, Q below, C. TARQVITI. P.F. in exergue, (S.292 [£80 VF], Cr.366/4, Syd.749, B.Annia 1). Some edge porosity on the obverse, otherwise good very fine, very scarce.

Ex L. Riggs Auction, Cincinati, Ohio, November 29, 1958 (lot 63). A total of 31 obverse dies has been calculated by Crawford for this type.
