Delivery
All deliveries are made by Australia Post, Registered Mail. Estimated delivery is within 3–10 days of us receiving cleared payment. Delivery times are based on normal postal service estimates and delays may be experienced during peak periods.
All items are fully insured by us for loss in transit until possession is taken by the purchaser.

The following charges currently apply for orders originating in these locations:

- New Zealand – $19.00
- Other International – $29.00

Returns
Where items have been incorrectly described, return within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Purchaser to pay the return delivery costs. Where an item is found to be a fake or forgery, return for a full refund. We will cover the return delivery costs.
