Shipping
Lots are sent by Registered Post with signature on delivery. The tracking number is emailed to the purchaser. Parcels can be tracked through Australia Post.
Mail delivery from Australia can take up to 4 weeks to some countries. A missing or late parcel enquiry can only be lodged with Australia Post after 28 days.
Costs for shipping, insurance and packing are added to the invoice. Different rates apply for other carriers such as FedEx and DHL, which also require an invoice to be included with the parcel.
Bidders who have a VAT number and want it included on their parcel must email the details to info@noble.com.au.
Unfortunately, lots cannot be mailed to the following countries: Colombia, Lebanon, Philippines.
