Howe appreciation plaque, ship's badge in nickel plated bronze mounted on a shaped timber board, painted on the bottom is the inscription, 'A Token Of Appreciation / of The Hospitality Extended To Us During / Our Visit To Your City. / H.M.S.Howe.', at the sides 'P.O.Edmonds.' and 'P.O.Martin.' Some nickel plating worn off otherwise very fine.
