India, Morvi State, large specimen or proof, probably of a fiscal document (265mm x 125mm), in blue, printed by Waterlow & Sons Ltd with their two line red SPECIMEN overprint at right, state name at top above the ornate state coat of arms in centre and the Monarch's portrait at left, the number '625' top right border and five cancellation holes. Two vertical folds, otherwise extremely fine and probably very rare as a specimen.
