Rhodesia, a collection of military cap badges since independence in 1965 until 1978, as made in light metals, all unused as issued, presented to the owner by Ian Smith, Prime Minister (12 different, with typed descriptions inludes Rhodesian African Rifle, Rhodesian Armoured Car Regt., Rhodesian Corps of Engineers; Psychological Operation Unit, Rhodesian Corps of Signals, Rhodesian Army Education Corps. Also two BSAP shoulder titles and a BSAP bage (modern). Extremely fine. (15)

Southern Rhodesia, British South Africa Police (B.S.A.P.), three items of pre U.D.I. police head-dress (11/11/1965), peak cap, khaki and royal blue band with gilding, metal badge and Queen's Crown buttons, made by S.A.P.H.I. Cap Makers, Pretoria, worn by European personnel; a navy blue beret with King's Crown badge, worn by Field Units and the B.S.A.P. Reserve, made by Kangol Wear Limited, this King's Crown badge was worn up to U.D.I.; B.S.A.P. helmet/shako with badge, as worn by Africa personnel, was abolished some time before U.D.I.
